The agency claims that the detainee made a confession. The FSB released a video of part of the interrogation. In the recording, the man said that in March he contacted representatives of Ukraine through a Telegram bot, and in July he was written by members of the Azov regiment. According to his account, they tasked him with "blowing up an object located in the village of Pereslavlskoye, an object of the Baltic Fleet."

A criminal case has been opened for the preparation of an act of terrorism and the illegal manufacture of weapons.
