Police in Russia’s Krasnodar region arrested two young women and a man over the weekend after they filmed themselves in front of a burning oil depot in the town of Adler, just south of Sochi.

The video was widely shared online, including by Ekaterina Mizulina, head of the Russian censorship lobbying group Safe Internet League.

According to a statement from the regional Interior Ministry branch, the people in the video had come from the town of Nizhny Tagil and are 19, 20, and 21 years old. The 20-year-old woman who filmed the video was charged with behaving improperly during an emergency situation and faces a fine of up to 30,000 rubles ($375).

The oil depot in the video caught fire on Saturday night after a Ukrainian drone attack. Emergency workers extinguished the blaze by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, according to authorities.
