Aleksandr Lukashenko has congratulated Donald Trump on his election win, the Belarusian leader’s press service told the state news outlet BelTA.
The congratulatory message, which BelTA quoted in full, described the results of the vote as “the embodiment of [a] personal heroic feat” accomplished “in the name of America and its citizens.”
“I wish you strong health and smart political decisions that will make America great again,” Lukashenko added.
