Russia adds U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham to official list of ‘extremists and terrorists’

Russia's Federal Financial Monitoring Service (Rosfinmonitoring) has added U.S. Republican Senator Lindsey Graham to its registry of “extremists and terrorists.”

Graham’s name on the list is marked by an asterisk, the symbol Rosfinmonitoring uses to indicate “organizations and individuals for whom there exists evidence of involvement in terrorism.”

Twenty-seven people were added to the list along with Graham, including Russian environmental activist Yevgenia Chirikova.
