During an attack in Russia’s Kursk region, a drone hit the Russian Interior Ministry building, say sources in Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR). RBC Ukraine's source said this was a continuation of attacks on facilities in Kursk. On September 24, The GUR reported hitting a Kursk Federal Security Service (FSB) administrative building and an oil refinery.
On the morning of September 25, Kursk region head Roman Starovoit said that as a result of an attack "several private residences and the roof of an administrative building were damaged, and windows in an apartment building were broken." There were no casualties, he said. Starovoit added that another drone fell in the Kursk district, breaking the windows of a house. On the same morning, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that two Ukrainian drones had been intercepted over the Kursk region.
