Grey Zone, a Telegram channel linked to Russia’s Wagner Group, has posted a new video statement from the paramilitary outfit’s founder, Yevgeny Prigozhin, that purportedly shows him in Africa (though the country is unclear).

In the clip, Prigozhin says Wagner Group is “making Russia even greater on all continents” and “making Africa even freer” while “creating nightmares for ISIS, al-Qaeda, and other bandits.” He adds that the cartel “continues to carry out the tasks it’s been entrusted with” and is “hiring warriors” to join its ranks.
