Preparations are underway for the transfer of Wagner Group’s military equipment to units of the Russian Armed Forces, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
Opposition to the prospect of the paramilitary group being subsumed into the Russian military is one reason Yevgeny Prigozhin has given for his armed rebellion against Moscow this weekend.
