In memory of the victims of Russia’s January 14 missile strike on a residential building in Dnipro, which killed at least 40 civilians, people in Moscow have placed flowers, toys, and a photo of the destroyed building next to a statue of Ukrainian writer Lesya Ukrainka in the Russian capital.
Multiple Russian independent media outlets published photos of the memorial on Tuesday morning.
