A Ukrainian drone crashed into a skyscraper in Grozny-City, a high-end hotel and business complex in the capital of Russia’s Republic of Chechnya, on Friday morning, according to multiple Russian and Ukrainian Telegram channels. Eyewitnesses posted photos and videos on social media showing significant damage to the building’s facade. The Moscow Times reports that online map services indicate the skyscraper contains the main office of Chechnya’s Security Council, Tourism Ministry, Audit Chamber, election commission, and other regional government agencies.
