Talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations in Istanbul have concluded, according to sources cited by TASS and CNN.
The meeting lasted nearly two hours, RIA Novosti reported.
However, a source quoted by Interfax said the two sides had only taken a “pause” in negotiations.
The details of the discussions have not been disclosed. Reuters, citing a Ukrainian diplomatic source, reported that Russia had put forward unrealistic demands, far removed from anything discussed earlier.
