Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov addressed unverified media reports that U.S. Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff had flown to Moscow on Tuesday, stating that Russian authorities had no plans for any contact with the Trump administration member.

“No, we have no information. No contact [with Steve Witkoff] is planned,” Peskov told Interfax. When asked whether any discussions related to Ukraine were scheduled, he responded, “Nothing regarding a Ukraine settlement.”

Earlier, Russian and Ukrainian Telegram channels reported that a Gulfstream G650ER business jet had arrived at Moscow’s Vnukovo Airport from Washington on Tuesday morning. Media outlets linked the aircraft to Steve Witkoff, though provided no evidence to confirm this.

Meanwhile, Russia’s federal airline regulator, Rosaviatsia, told TASS that a plane had indeed arrived from Washington but described it as a “one-time technical flight as part of routine humanitarian cooperation.”
