A school in Khabarovsk has established a youth society dedicated to studying the ideas of Juche — the state ideology of North Korea and the official ideology of the Workers' Party of Korea. The history teacher and school adviser behind the initiative told the state-run news agency TASS that the group was created with help from North Korea’s local consulate to foster closer relations between Russia and North Korea.
Students participating in the Juche society will research topics like “Juche Ideology,” North Korean economic development under Kim Jong-un, “The Resurgence of Japanese Militarism as a Threat to Russia and North Korea,” and so on.
