A Russian missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Chernihiv killed at least 13 people on Wednesday, reports Ukrainian Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko. Another 60 people were injured.

Russian troops have been attacking Ukrainian territory daily with drones and missiles. In recent weeks, as reported by CNN, the Russian military has begun employing new tactics to target energy infrastructure, with attacks becoming more focused and intense.
