Oil depot in Russia's Bryansk region on fire after reported drone strike

A fire has broken out at an oil depot in the town of Klintsy in Russia's Bryansk region after a drone strike, reports Governor Alexander Bogomaz.

Bogomaz wrote that a drone was “electronically disabled” by Russian defense systems, but “released an explosive payload” during its descent. He added that according to preliminary information, there are no casualties.

The fire has spread to an area of 1,000 square meters (10,764 square feet), and four gasoline storage tanks are ablaze, reports TASS, citing operational services.
