Fires broke out in a home and an apartment building, prompting evacuations. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said the Dniprovskyi district suffered the most casualties. Falling debris there hit homes and a hospital, and a shockwave blew out the windows in two apartment buildings. A water supply system in the Dniprovskyi district was also damaged.
