Source: Meduza

The air defense system in Rostov-on-Don was activated early October 29, according to Rostov Governor Vasily Golubev.

Golubev did not specify whether it was a drone or some other object that triggered the air defense system, only noting that the “aerial target was neutralized.”

After initially stating that there were no consequences from the incident, the governor later added that debris caused “property damage” in Rostov-on-Don’s Pervomaysky neighborhood. According to Golubev, no one was injured.
