Source: Meduza

Russia’s Foreign Ministry said Friday that Armenia’s government has taken a “series of unfriendly steps” in recent days and that the agency summoned Armenian Ambassador to Russia Vagharshak Harutyunyan to express its discontent.

The ministry’s statement listed the “unfriendly steps,” which included Yerevan’s recent moves towards ratifying of the Rome Statute, the document that established the International Criminal Court; Armenia’s recent announcement that it will provide humanitarian assistance to Ukraine; and the country’s decision to host joint military exercises with U.S. troops next week.
