Russian university to offer open source investigation course taught by analysts from pro-war Telegram channel Rybar

Moscow’s Synergy University announced Wednesday that it will begin offering a course on OSINT (open-source intelligence) investigations in September.

The course will be taught by analysts who work for the anonymous pro-war Telegram channel Rybar, who the announcement does not name but refers to as “true professionals in their field.”

The Rybar channel appeared to confirm the announcement, reposting a Telegram message from a professor in the university’s media department that read “Now, as they say, it’s official.”
