Vladimir Putin is planning to go to China in October 2023 to take part in Beijing’s Belt and Road Forum, Russian state media reported on Tuesday, citing presidential aide Yury Ushakov.
“You know we’ve received an invitation and that we intend to go to China during its Belt and Road Forum in October,” Ushakov told journalists.
In addition, the aide suggested that Putin is considering going to the G20 Leaders' Summit in India in September. “As far as the G20, it’s still unclear. We did get an invitation,” he said.
