Second Russian missile strike of the day hits Kharkiv region

Russian troops hit Kharkhiv with a missile strike — the second such attack today — reports regional governor Oleh Synyehubov.
Four people were injured as a result of the attack, says Synyehubov. Emergency services put out a fire that started at the site of the missile strike.
Synyehubov emphasized that the danger of new strikes remains, urging residents not to leave shelters.
In the early hours of July 16, a missile strike on Kharkiv damaged a four-story residential building. Synyehubov did not report any injuries from the first attack.
