Russian police reportedly beat man holding Ukrainian flag at Moscow metro station, charge him with ‘discrediting’ Russian army

Police officers in Moscow reportedly beat and arrested Alexander Poskonny at the Tverskaya metro station for holding a Ukrainian flag. Poskonny reported the incident to OVD-Info. He was charged with “discrediting” the Russian army and then released from police custody.

Poskonny said that three others were detained for wearing yellow and blue clothing, the colours on the Ukrainian flag.
