Fire in Rostov-on-Don FSB building kills one, injures two as ammunition explodes inside

A fire broke out in the Rostov-on-Don FSB Border Service building, as reported by the Interfax, citing local emergency services.
As of this moment, at least one person is known to have died in the fire, and two more have been injured.
Update: By March 17, the local media reported at least four people killed in the incident, and at least five more who had been injured.
According to the local media, eyewitnesses heard an explosion before plumes of smoke rose over the building. A source cited by the Telegram channel Shot says that part of the building is occupied by an ammunition depot.
According to another Telegram news channel, the building has two stories of storage space totaling 880 square meters (or about 9.500 square feet). The fire appears to have engulfed all or most of it.
By the time of this writing, the fire had been extinguished.
