Source: RIA Novosti

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed the federal laws ratifying the “treaties” on Russia’s annexation of the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk “People’s Republics” and Ukraine’s partially occupied Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions. The laws facilitating Russia’s annexation of Ukraine’s territories were passed by the Russian State Duma on October 3. The Federal Council approved them the following day.
