Russian State Duma Speaker says border guards keeping lists of draft evaders

Russian border authorities are keeping lists of citizens who leave the country, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said at a session of the body on Wednesday, according to Interfax.
We’re compiling lists of everyone waiting in line to leave right now. You think they’re leaving without anybody noticing who they are or why they left?
Volodin didn’t say what the purpose of the lists is.
