An Army major at a Russian military base in Bryansk has been forced to file for a transfer, following the discovery that his 15-year-old daughter was filmed with three friends "twerking" throughout the city in public, including at a World War II monument dedicated to two local infantry divisions.

Bryansk oblast prosecutors have opened an investigation into the video, though it's not yet clear what the nature of the girls' crime might be.

The girl's father said in an interview with LifeNews that he'd temporarily "excommunicated" her from the Internet and even taken her to a psychologist. "The brass is very strict," the father said. "I was obliged to file a transfer request. I still don't know where I could be transferred, or if I'll be transferred. Maybe we'll just have to move away."
