See the aftermath of a Russian drone strike on Kyiv that killed three, including a child
This past weekend, an overnight Russian drone attack on Kyiv killed three people, including a five-year-old girl and her father, and injured at least ten others, according to local officials. “Last night in Kyiv, tragically, three people were killed by Russian drones, including a father and his five-year-old daughter,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Sunday. “Just a day earlier in Zaporizhzhia, a Russian strike took the lives of an entire family – a mother, a father, and their daughter.” During the attack, falling debris struck buildings across the city, sparking fires. The air raid alert lasted more than five hours. Two more people were injured in the surrounding Kyiv region, according to regional officials. “There must be more pressure on Russia to stop this terror,” Zelensky added. “And that depends on all our partners – the U.S., Europe, and others around the world.”
