On the evening of March 22, gunmen opened fire at the Crocus City Hall concert venue outside Moscow. According to preliminary reports, at least 133 people were killed, and officials expect that number to rise. During the terrorist attack, a fire spread throughout the building, engulfing it in flames and causing the roof to collapse. Hours after the attack, rescuers were finally able to enter the structure. A photographer from the Moscow region governor’s press service accompanied them. Meduza shares photos from the scene.
