Update: Russia’s Federal Security Service confirmed that it had received a U.S. warning about a planned terrorist attack in Moscow. “Appropriate action is being taken,” the agency said. Security guards told a reporter from the outlet Ostorozhno Media that the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve had been closed “for technical reasons.”
