Russia strikes Ukraine’s Kharkiv, killing three and injuring more than 30

Russian forces struck Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs on the afternoon of October 5, said Oleh Syniehubov, head of the regional military administration.

In Slobidskyi District, a bomb strike damaged a five-story building, and fires broke out at warehouse facilities.

Syniehubov said three people were killed and 39 were injured in the attack.

The Russian Defense Ministry has not commented on the strike.

The day before, on October 4, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with “Banderol” missiles. According to data from authorities, one person died and eight were injured.
