Russian pizza chain Dodo Pizza says hackers breached its systems and may have accessed customer data

Dodo Pizza said hackers attacked its IT systems and may have stolen some customers’ data.

The attack took place on September 27–28. The company believes the hackers may have accessed some customers’ names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, and order details.

“We don’t store payment data — it’s safe,” the company said. It said it had already notified Roskomnadzor of the attack. The hackers have been blocked from accessing Dodo Pizza’s data, and the company is conducting an internal review.

Baza, a Telegram channel close to Russia’s security services, said the hackers had obtained data on 68 million Dodo Pizza customers in various countries, along with their order histories for the past 15 years.

Dodo Pizza is a Russian pizza chain. As of fall 2026, it had more than 1,527 pizzerias in Russia and 27 other countries.
