Russian strikes kill one, injure 15 in Ukraine’s Kramatorsk area

On the evening of August 13, Russian forces launched several aerial bomb strikes on the city of Kramatorsk and the village of Bilenke in the Donetsk region, Governor Vadym Filashkin said.

The strikes damaged a multistory apartment building in Kramatorsk. Photos and video of the aftermath show that part of the building collapsed and a fire broke out.

Filashkin said the strikes killed one person and injured 15 others in the Kramatorsk community. It was not clear from his statement whether the casualties were connected to the partially destroyed building in Kramatorsk.
