A Russian strike on Dnipro wounded at least 14 people, Dnipropetrovsk region administration head Oleksandr Hanzha said.

At least 10 of the wounded were taken to a hospital, including a 13-year-old.

Two apartment buildings were damaged in the strike, preliminary reports indicate. A fire broke out at the site.

Hanzha offered no further details on the strike. Local Telegram channels published videos purportedly showing a Russian drone hitting one of the apartment buildings.
