Russian plane catches fire after landing at Turkish airport

A plane operated by the Russian airline Azimuth caught fire after landing at Antalya Airport in Turkey on Sunday, according to Airport Haber news.

The aircraft, a Sukhoi Superjet 100 arriving from Sochi, experienced an engine fire after coming to a stop on the runway. Firefighters quickly arrived at the scene. 

The Turkish Transport Ministry said that all passengers and crew were safely evacuated. Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) confirmed the incident, saying there were no casualties.
