South Korea's top security adviser, Shin Won-sik, revealed on Friday that Seoul believes Moscow has transferred anti-air missiles and air defense equipment to North Korea in exchange for reported troop deployments to Russia’s Kursk region.

“We believe that there has also been economic aid in various forms,” Shin said in an interview with South Korean broadcaster SBS, adding that the Kremlin has already promised to support Pyongyang’s satellite-related technologies.
