The Ukrainian parliament canceled its planned session today due to the threat of a Russian airstrike. According to the news outlet Ukrainska Pravda, Verkhovna Rada deputies were warned about a possible attack on Kyiv’s central government buildings. A day earlier, Member of Parliament Oleksiy Goncharenko said the next Rada session is scheduled for December.

On Thursday, Vladimir Putin confirmed that Russia launched an “experimental” ballistic missile at a weapons factory in Dnipro. The so-called “Oreshnik” missile was equipped with a non-nuclear hypersonic warhead.
