Russian missile strike on Zaporizhzhia kills six, injures 23

A Russian missile strike on the Ukrainian city of Zaporizhzhia on Tuesday morning killed at least six people and injured at least 23, according to the Ukrainian authorities.

The Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor's Office reported that the strike hit a critical infrastructure facility but did not give further details. The Ukrainian authorities have launched a criminal case over the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder.

The Russian Defense Ministry claimed in its daily briefing that its forces launched attacks on military facilities but did not specify the locations.
