Putin threatens retaliatory strikes against Western countries

Source: Meduza

In his address to the Federal Assembly Thursday, Russian President Vladimir Putin threatened Western countries with retaliatory strikes in the event of attacks on Russian territory.

According to Putin, Western countries provoked the conflict in Ukraine and the Middle East, and “continue to lie,” saying “without any embarrassment” that Russia intends to attack Europe.

Meanwhile, they themselves choose targets for strikes on our territory, they choose the most effective, as they think, means of defeat, and they’ve started talking about the possibility of sending NATO forces to Ukraine.

We remember the fate of those who once sent their forces to the territory of our country. But now the consequences for possible interventionists will be much more tragic. They must realize that we too have weapons that can hit targets on their territory.
