Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson announces interview with Putin in Moscow

American political commentator and former Fox News host Tucker Carlson announced that he will be interviewing Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow. Carlson posted a video to his account on X (formerly known as Twitter) with the caption “Why I’m interviewing Vladimir Putin.”

In the video, Carlson said that he had previously planned to interview Putin three years ago, and alleged that U.S. President Joe Biden’s administration had “leaked” that information to the media.

He added that the interview was “shot live to tape and unedited,” and that it would be released on his website and on X.

The former Fox News host was spotted attending a ballet in Moscow on February 3.
