Moscow-installed emergency situations minister of ‘Luhansk People’s Republic’ reportedly killed in Lysychansk bakery attack

One of the people killed in Saturday’s shelling attack on a bakery in the Ukrainian city of Lysychansk was Alexey Poteleshchenko, the Moscow-backed emergency situations minister in the self-proclaimed “Donetsk People’s Republic,” according to Russian state media.
The occupation authorities have blamed the strike on Ukrainian forces. They reported that 28 people were killed and 10 people injured in the attack.
