Jailed opposition politician Alexey Navalny has been sent to a punitive isolation cell (ShIZO) for the 25th time since his imprisonment, report his associates.

The administration at Penal Colony No. 3 in Russia’s Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, where Navalny was transferred in December, reportedly sentenced him to 10 days in a ShIZO for “improperly introducing himself.”

This is the second time Navalny has been sent to a ShIZO since his transfer. The first time, prison administration at Penal Colony No. 3 accused him of “refusing to introduce himself properly, not responding to educational work, and not drawing the proper conclusions for himself.”
