The Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office said it had opened an investigation into the incident under an article on violation of the laws and customs of war. According to the findings, Russian military personnel captured three Ukrainian soldiers in December 2023 (the exact date is unspecified) near the village of Robotyne in Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia region and executed them an hour later.
