Russian rapper jailed for 15 days after attending ‘almost naked’ party
The Russian rapper Vacio (Nikolai Vasiliev) has been arrested and sentenced to 15 days in jail, he reported on Friday, just two days after he attended a party with an ‘almost naked’ dress code, where he was photographed wearing only socks on his feet and penis.
“I don’t give a fuck I’ll work out and read some books hahaha peace everyone,” the rapper wrote on Telegram.
According to the Telegram channel Shot, Vacio was charged with disorderly conduct for his appearance at the party. The channel also reported that Vacio was fined 200,000 rubles for spreading “LGBT propaganda” through one of his music videos.
Vacio was one of many Russian pop stars and other celebrities who attended the “Almost Naked” party. The event sparked outrage from conservative pundits and activists, who have called for responses ranging from a boycott to a criminal investigation.
