Plane with left engine failure makes emergency landing at Moscow airport

An Airbus A321 flying from St. Petersburg to Moscow made an emergency landing at Moscow’s Sheremetyevo Airport, reports RIA Novosti, citing emergency services.

According to RIA Novosti, the plane’s left engine failed. The number of passengers on board is unspecified.

Judging by online flight status information, the flight was operated by Aeroflot, reports St. Petersburg outlet Bumaga.
