Sergey Averyanov, a computer science teacher at a school in Moscow, has been suspended after he reportedly drew a swastika on a digital whiteboard along with the words “Glory to Ukraine. Death to the Russian halfwits!”

According to the Telegram channel Mash, the Russian authorities have launched an investigation against Averyanov for “discrediting” the army. Police reportedly came to the school on November 28 and took the teacher “in for a conversation.”

The school’s director, Yevgeny Skudnov, told state media that the incident occurred on November 28. After learning what had happened, the school administration immediately suspended Averyanov from his duties and reported him to law enforcement.
