Zelensky says Kremlin planning to oust him by end of year in ‘Maidan 3’ plot

Source: Meduza

In an interview with The Sun, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Russia is planning to oust and replace him by the end of 2023 using “any means available” in an operation the Kremlin is supposedly calling “Maidan 3.” Zelensky had previously mentioned the plot to journalists, saying Russia is planning to organize a coup to change Ukraine’s government.

The Ukrainian president added that he has been the target of multiple assassination attempts since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion but said the threat has begun to feel routine.
