Belgorod governor reports 3 civilians killed in drone strike on Russian health resort

Three civilians were killed in a drone strike on a health resort in the village of Lavy in Russia’s Belgorod region.
“The armed forces of Ukraine dropped an explosive device from a drone while there were people in the street,” Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov wrote on Telegram.
Two men, Gladkov said, were killed on the spot. Another victim died later at the local hospital.
In an earlier post, the official wrote that a drone carrying two grenades dropped them onto the resort grounds, where the blast wave shattered the main building’s windows and damaged the walls.
Russia’s Belgorod region, particularly the districts closest to the Ukrainian border, comes under fire almost daily since the start of the war with Ukraine.
