Putin to give unscheduled speech from Kremlin

Russian state media have announced that Vladimir Putin will give an unscheduled speech from the Kremlin on Tuesday.

Telegram channels published footage from the Kremlin’s central square, where “hundreds of soldiers and security officers” are gathered in anticipation of the president’s address.
