Meduza’s sources close to Putin administration say Moscow drone attack was ‘predictable’ and damage ‘not terrible’

Source: Meduza

Two sources close to the Putin administration have told Meduza that Tuesday morning’s drone attack on Moscow and the Moscow region was “predictable” after the smaller drone attack that hit the Kremlin on May 3.

“Some things still manage to reach us, and in this case, that’s what happened,” said one of the sources. So far, he said, “the effect is mostly psychological.”

“A lot will depend on the reaction of our top leadership — how they present it and so on. For now, the damage isn’t terrible,” said the source.
