HeadHunter included in list of organizations required to give user data to FSB

Russia’s largest online service for job seekers, HeadHunter, was added to the registry of organizations that disseminate information, according to Russian anti-Internet censorship organization Roskomsvoboda.
HeadHunter LLC was added to the register on December 5.
Roskomsvoboda points out that companies included in the register are required to collect, store, and provide information about user actions, connections, and correspondence to the FSB.

HeadHunter’s website reports that it has around 18 million unique users per month, and the resumes of 61 million job seekers are stored in the service’s database.
As of December 8, the registry of organizations that disseminate information includes 348 entries.
