Russia says withdrawal from right-bank Kherson complete

The Russian Defense Ministry has reported that the withdrawal of Russian troops from the right bank of the Dnipro River in the Kherson region was completed at 5:00 a.m. on November 11.

Not a single piece of military equipment or weapon is left on the right bank. All Russian soldiers have been transported to the Dnipro’s left bank.

No losses of personnel, arms, military vehicles, or material assets of Russian troop formations were permitted.

According to Russian Defense Ministry representative Igor Konashenkov, the Ukrainian Armed Forces tried to “disrupt the transport of civilians and the redeployment of troops to the left bank of the Dnipro” during the course of Russia’s retreat. In particular, he said, Ukraine launched five strikes from HIMARS multiple rocket launchers on Russian river crossings.

Meduza cannot independently verify these claims.
